In order to qualify to Immigrate to Canada on Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP) applicants must:

  1. Have at least one year of continuous full-time paid work experience in the past 10 years in a skilled occupation;
  2. Have secondary (high school) or post-secondary certificate, diploma or degree; and
  3. Pass a minimum threshold of English language - IELTS 6.0

In addition, Federal Skilled Worker applicants must attain at least 67 points based on immigration selection factors.

  5. Job offer confirmed by positive Labour Impact Market Assessment (LMIA) issued by Canadian government;
